This historic home is spacious and beautifully unique! We were 2 families with young kids and had plenty of space. Walking distance to a great park (with splash pad), coffee shops, and restaurants/sights downtown St. John’s. A great homebase for exploring gorgeous Newfoundland. The team were responsive and flexible to meet our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a great house for a big family with big living area and generously-sized bedrooms, all right across from Bannerman Park. The double reception room with a view over

the park is a beautiful bright room to have a drink in. We could also walk to the bakery every morning, and also walk to Rennie’s Mill trail, Quidi Vidi and downtown.

We loved this beautiful heritage home. The history of the house alone is well worth the stay.

Our hosts Mike & Flavie were a pleasure to deal with, always there if there were questions, etc. The backyard is fabulous….the lighted gazebo and the large outdoor eating table is reminiscent of a vineyard or winery outdoor wine tasting space. The location is in a historic part of town and every house on this street has a story to tell. It’s just a short walk to downtown and beautiful Bannerman Park right across the street.

Beds are cozy and comfy, kitchen is well equipped and the house is super clean and well kept. All thumbs up!
