    for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (when the check-in date is at least 14 days away).

    50% Refund
    for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

    for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

  • All of our properties are equipped for quick and convenient access with a keypad. We will provide you with a code and clear instructions prior to your stay!

  • At this time, we do not offer pet-friendly stays, we do however love animals and support our local SPCA annually.

  • Our heritage homes are built on many floors. We have some units providing a first floor bedroom with minimal stairs. Please contact us with any accessibility questions or concerns.

  • If you have an event in mind, please email us and we will gladly see if the property is a good fit for it! We may even be able to provide recommendations or suggestions to help you celebrate!

  • Yes, our properties have been curated with families in mind. We live and invest in the same neighbourhoods as the properties we choose as hosting properties. Newfoundland is a very safe place to visit and explore!

  • All of our properties are family friendly. We can provide you with a highchair or pack’n’play upon request. If your kiddos aren’t ready for stairs, ask us for a baby gate! Bonus, our properties are located near many family friendly activities, amenities, and restaurants.

  • All of our properties are conveniently located to provide you with an authentic Newfoundland experience. Hiking, beaches, traditional or contemporary cuisine or scenic views, are all a short walk or drive away.

    Feel free to ask us about the nearest attractions and the best restaurants in your area!

  • Each of our properties come with ample free parking. Our homes in downtown St. John’s come with an on-street parking permit. All of our other properties have private driveways.

  • Our rentable town car, a BMW 550, is suitable for winter and summer driving in Newfoundland.

  • Our properties are fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Our kitchens are fully stocked to cook a beautiful meal. All linens and towels are provided.

    If you’re looking for something specific? Do you have trouble locating the corkscrew? Please reach out to us before or during your stay and we will happily answer any questions you may have!

  • We aim to be as flexible as possible for our guests! In busy seasons, we might not be able to provide a late check-out as we have to prepare for the next guest. But please feel free to ask us!

    If we cannot offer an early check-in or late check-out, we will always offer you a safe place to store your luggage if needed.

  • We are proud to be part of the communities we live and invest in. We know all of our neighbours and we ask our guests to treat them like they were their own. You can maximum fun with minimum noise between the hours of 10pm-8am.

  • For the comfort of all guests, our properties are smoke-free inside the home.

    Feel free to smoke outside at any of our properties; ashtrays have been provided to help keep the surroundings clean and tidy.

  • We do offer long term rental options in St. John’s. Email us to ask about our different units and availability.

  • Yes! We have extensive experience managing short and long term rental properties with great success – starting in 2016.
